MINIMALISM-----THE ART OF SIMPLE LIVING

Hi welcome to the world of minimalism.

In this blog, We will try to tell about minimalism and its benefits and how to apply it to our daily life. Minimalism is about avoiding the unnecessary, it's about simplicity, utility, and elegance. It is all about “LESS IS MORE”.
Being a minimalist is a state of mind and not a set of rules. It can actually mean you have more of what you need are can enjoy everything you have are not required what you don’t have. All of that can help make living life a lot less stressful and can make it more fulfilling.

BENEFITS OF MINIMALISM

1 ) BRING HAPPINESS: -   One of the main things that draw people into this lifestyle is this idea or the notion that happiness is increased or quality of life is increased. Ads keep telling us that stuff will make us happy and we want to take that this everything for the seeks of happiness but happiness is a state of being and not having its experience that we remember and that is something that minimalism constantly reminds us.

2) SAVE MONEY AND TIME:-   So on this note minimalism means just buying those things that you need and then on occasion buying those things that you want but not buying those things that you want in excess and doing so you save money and time also. Less thing means less time required to buy and money as well.

3)KEEP THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN:-Less consumption means less waste and recycling and donating those things that you no longer need, means someone else can benefit from it.

4) INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY:-Possession consumes more of our time than we realize since adopting this practice, your productivity will be multiplied considerably.

5) INCREASE CLEANLINESS:-Less stuff means easier to clean, less to organize less to store, and generally less mess

6) MENTAL HEALTH IMPROVES:-One of the things we learned is that it was not just the clutter in our life. These were the things getting in the way of our life remember that organized clutter is still cluttered its often what we hold on to that holds us back from improving our lives so don’t carry around what you no longer need whether it’s in your pocket, home or in your heart.
This is not just anecdotal studies are showing us that there is a direct correlation between the number of possession that they experience so, in other words having more stuff means you are maybe more prone to being anxious, We feel that our mind has been more at ease since adopting this lifestyle and we think it’s because less of our mental energy is focused on doing those things, We feel we need to cook, clean and now we can focus more on doing those things we truly want to do.

7)INCREASE OF GRATITUDE AND FREE TIME:-Minimalism help to think about more of the important things and less of the material things it makes to realize just how little we need, to be happy and this really, is a beauty in that
8) SHIFT HOME FASTER AND EASIER:-If the less and use full things you are having then it will be easy to shift the homes. If any want to start  minimalism you can start with small things minimalism have no rules set your own rules for example start with

Clothes:-Extra pairs of clothes that of no longer used,  donate it like same way bags, purses, wallet shoes, beauty products, accessories.

Electronic:- phone, computer, cables, CD, DVD, Apps, Subscription.
